Weekly Gross of $1675 based on 36hr/wk

ASAP! Long Term Acute Care. The competent RN has mastered basic technical and organizational nursing skills. He or she is skilled in evaluating patient responses and uses past experiences in providing care. Patients and families are viewed holistically, there is a focus on outcomes, and care is delivered using a systematic approach. The competent RN is able to make decisions guided by limited experience, as well as policies, procedures, guidelines and standards. He or she consults with other members of the healthcare team when necessary. At the competent level, the RN can comfortably care for patients in his or her clinical area.** BLS and ACLS required, and TNCC, PALS preferred. Functions at the Standard Level of nursing practice. Responsible for independently applying the nursing process through the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of pediatric patient care. Selects and administers the appropriate care taking into consideration the age and developmental level and size of the patient. Provides a caring relationship that facilitates health and healing. Should be able to identify own limitations and seek resources as needed. All stipends provided are already factored into gross weekly total. We also provide a round trip flight or mileage reimbursement ($0.50 a mile, capped at $1,000 Per 13-Week Contract - $615 for 8 weeks etc.). We do not provide rental cars on this assignment.
